Lockout box for form releases in melamine.
- Exterior dimensions 15-3/4" width x 19-1/2" height x 4" depth.
- 2 clip for attaching sheets up to 8-1/2 "x 14", one on the door and another inside the housing.
- Plexiglass door 1/4" thick
- 5 hooks for keys or padlock.
- The box can be locked either with a seal or a standard padlock.
- Insulating Felt.
